Description
An excellent, traditional sweet and sour sauce. It’s great with chicken, pork or prawn.
Heat the 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in the wok or saucepan over a medium heat. Add the 2 cloves of crushed garlic, stir-fry until brown or fragrant, add meat stir until brown, add all of the ingredients, stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Pour the So..Saucy Thai sweet and sour sauce, continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Served with hot plain rice or Thai jasmine rice.
