Ingredients
- 400g slice beef or boneless skinless chicken
- 1 medium onion chopped into 5 pieces
- Half cup peanuts
- Half of pound of peeled potato chopped into bite size pieces
- Half of red pepper slices for garnished
Instructions
Slice 400g (12oz) of skinless chicken breasts or beef into small pieces. Pour the sauce into saucepan over medium heat until its boiled, add chicken or beef and stir for 2 minutes, (alternatively use tofu for vegetarian), add chopped potato, red pepper and peanut. Continue cooking in a very low heat for another 10 min, or until potato cooked. Serve hot with plain rice or Thai jasmine rice.

Slice 400g (12oz) of skinless chicken breasts or beef into small pieces

Pour the sauce into saucepan over medium heat until its boiled, add chicken or beef and stir for 2 minutes, (alternatively, use tofu for vegetarian)
Step 3
Add chopped potato, red pepper and peanut
Tip: To speed the cooking time, you can pre-cook potato in the microwave for 3 minutes and chopped before add it into a pot.
Step 4
Continue cooking in a very low heat for another 10 min, or until potato cooked. Close the lid and continue cooking in the low heat for another 10 minutes or until potato cooked.
Step 5
Serve hot over Thai jasmine rice
