Ingredients
- 400 g pork fillet Or 400 g large peeled prawn
- 1 table spoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, cut in 8 slices
- 2 spring onions slices
- 200g baby corn or mushrooms cut into 4 slices
Instructions
Slice 400g (9oz) of pork or peeled prawns. Heat (1 table spoon) of cooking oil over medium heat, stir-fry the pork or peeled prawns for two minutes, or until pork has browned and add prawn, follow with mushroom or baby corn. Add the sauce and sliced spring onion, continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with plain or Thai jasmine rice or noodles.
Step 1
Slice 400g (9oz) of pork or peeled prawns.
Step 2
Heat 1 table spoon of cooking oil over medium heat. Stir-fry the pork for 5 minutes, for prawn 2 minutes, or until pork or prawns are cooked.
Step 3
Follow with mushroom or baby corn.
Step 4
Add the sauce and sliced spring onion, continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve hot with Thai Jasmine rice or noodles.
