Ingredients

  • 400g slice beef or boneless skinless chicken sliced Or peeled prawn
  • A handful of green bean sliced, or 350g Thai eggplants cut into quarters
  • Half red pepper bite-size chopped
  • A handful of basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Slice 400g (12oz) of skinless chicken breasts into small pieces. Pour the sauce into a wok or sauce pan over medium heat until its boiled, add chicken and stir for 2 minutes and add vegetable, ie, green bean, bamboo shoot, and red pepper, continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Vegetarians can add tofu and variety of vegetables of your choice. Garnished with basil leaves. Serve hot with plain rice or Thai jasmine rice.

Step 1

Slice 400g (12oz) of skinless chicken breasts into small pieces

Step 2

Pour the sauce into a wok or sauce pan over medium heat until it's boiled

Add chicken and stir for 2 minutes and add vegetable, i.e, green bean, bamboo shoot, and red pepper. Close the lid and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Step 4

Vegetarians can add tofu and variety of vegetables of your choice. Garnished with basil leaves.

Serve hot with Thai jasmine rice.
